The Floral Clock is one of Niagara's most noticeable landmarks. The flower bed of
over 16,000 plants forms the face of the clock and is maintained by the
Niagara Parks School of Horticulture.

The Floral Clock uses an electric motor to power the timepiece, appropriately so,
as the Sir Adam Beck Power Generating Station is located behind the Floral Clock.
